The HITS 5K for United Way is an annual fitness event to raise funds for the United Way of Ulster County. The event is held at the beautiful HITS Showgrounds in Saugerties, New York (home of the Pfizer $1 Million Grand Prix), and includes a cross-country 5K run, a 2-mile walk, and a children’s one-mile fun run. Dancing, drumming, raffles, and refreshments also help make the HITS 5K a fun family-oriented event.
HITS 5K for United Way was the first Grand Prix race for Onteora Runners Club 2013 series!

From The North: Exit 20 off of Interstate 87 (New York State Thruway). After tollbooth, turn right onto State Route 32 North and go 1.0 miles. Turn right onto Peoples Road and go 0.9 miles. Turn left after train tracks onto Canoe Hill Road and go 0.5 miles Canoe Hill Road becomes Krout Road – 0.8 miles. Show grounds will be 1.8 miles on right.
